GENERAL TERMS

When shopping at Yogobe Store you enter into an agreement with The Yoga House Sweden AB, 559073-7713 at the same time as you confirm your purchase. An automatic order confirmation is then sent to your email address (which you stated at the time of the purchase). All merchandise remains the property of Yogobe Store until full payment is received.

All attemps of fraud will be reported to the police. Yogobe Store have the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Orders for wholesalers, resellers, studio owners etc

If you are in need of yoga equipment to your business we are happy to help you as a part of our business/reseller offering. Please send an email to store@yogobe.com for further information.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). The price listed on the Yogobe Store website at the purchase time is the price applicable. Price increases and changes in the range can happen without prior notification.

You pay with your credit card or invoice through Klarna.

For shipments outside EU, please note that the shipping rate are NOT inclusive of any customs, import duties or taxes that could be levid when the package reaches your destination country. If you for any reason want to return the goods Yogobe Store can not give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Normally delivery takes place within 1-3 business days for orders shipped to Sweden and 2-5 business days for other Nordic countries. Please note that after deliveries can take longer to process and be sent out at certain occasions such as Christmas season or in connection to sales etc. It might also take longer for you to receive answer to your e-mails. We hope your are able to overlook this.

Yogobe Store offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Should it happen that our stock list is out of date, we will ask you by e-mail to decide whether you will change or cancel your order.

For all packages that are not picked up or if you at delivery decline to sign for the ordered package, you will be charged a fee of SEK 250 (or €30). The fee covers the costs of the processing fee, return shipping and handling. If you change your mind right when the package was sent from us, you must still pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us.

Damage during transport

All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us at store@yogobe.com

RETURNS

You may return your order and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 90 days from delivery.

Please note that:

- The item must be in the same condition when returning it as it was when you received it

- The item must be returned in the original packaging

If you want to return or exchange your order, please fill out our return form and use the prepaid shipping label that came (only applicable in certain countries) with your order and leave it at your nearest service point. In case of returning an order for a refund the shipping cost is charged and deducted from repayment. If you choose another return option of your own choice, no return fee will be deducted. In case of an exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

In case of returning or exchanging an order you will have to pay for the shipping costs back to us. If you for any reason want to return the goods Yogobe Store can't give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.

In case of returning an order for a refund, please note that we always refund the same amount that we received from you at the order date and we do not take responsibility for any currency changes. Upon receiving your return, we normally handle your refund/exchange within 7-10 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item you will have to pay the shipping cost to return the item but we will not charge you any additional shipping for the replacement item.

If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Yogobe Store, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.

Processing of returns of faulty goods purchased on our website. Please take a picture of the fault and send an email to store@yogobe.com.

In case of disputes, Swedish law is applicable. See further at www.konsumentverket.se

PERSONAL DETAILS

According to law, we must ask you to agree to that we handle your personal details. All details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage, will be handled by Yogobe Store.

The information given will only be used by Yogobe Store in order to fulfill our undertakings and informing you of offers that will appeal to you, at the time of purchase. Yogobe Store will use this information internally for marketing purposes but will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent.

You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

If Yogobe Store fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Yogobe Store can not be held responsible.
